Flexibly scalable - onboard and remote

All INSEVIS peripheral modules can be used onboard (in the 3, 7 or 11 free peripheral slots of the INSEVIS PLCs) and as an extension also decentrally (in the peripheral slots of the head stations / peripheral blocks). With ConfigStage, the peripheral modules are configured via drag and drop, e.g. whether a bit is operated as an input or output, an analog channel should be an input or output with current or voltage or whether 2, 3 or 4 sensors are used.
All modules can be labeled according to customer specifications.

The easiest way for decentralized expansion

Decentralised peripherals with 12 digital inputs or outputs, 12 counting inputs, 3 analogue channels, each of which can be configured individually as an input or output and for current or voltage and another 3 analogue inputs, as an ultra-compact block, top equipment in the smallest installation space, just as you would expect from INSEVIS. Absolutely easy to set up S7 peripherals via. Connected via CAN, no CAN knowledge required for configuration. Set the node number on 2 rotary switches of the head station and enter this number in the ConfigStage, done. Entry of the start addresses and then automatic address assignment by the software including plausibility test and overview of the address data of the individual I/Os. In a robust metal housing with customer logo for the 35 mm top-hat rail on request.
