Employees of Hanse-SCADA GmbH have developed and manufactured a special machine for optoelectronic leak testing of syringes. The following production steps are processed fully automatically in the system: Denesting of the syringes by industrial robots, bunkering, sorting and feeding of the piston rods, torque-monitored automatic assembly of the piston rods, optoelectronic product testing using vision sensors, product weighing and automatic ejection of faulty products and delivery to the final packaging.
